Lothbrok was created by me (Paul Swanwick) in 2015 after years of successfully hiring people who not only last in businesses but grow and continue to perform. I've only ever known sales; from a 14 year old selling gift cards on a Saturday morning to owning my own recruitment consultancy and investing in new digital ideas. My interest is in growth companies. I don't want to work with you if you're not agile, fast-thinking or innovative (I'm serious). The reason for this is I know what I'm passionate about and I can't fully commit a service to people I just don't gel with. Recruitment is hard work and requires trust, transparency and commitment.
